GripCore ("we," "us") operates gripcoreusa.com, where we sell fitness and grip training gear. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Orders. When you purchase from our shop, we collect the information needed to fulfill your order: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and details of what you purchased.
Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment processor, not by us. We never see or store your full card number — the processor shares only what we need to confirm and manage your order (such as the last four digits and payment status).
Information you provide. When you use our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, and whatever you include in your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies that collect standard technical information: your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and how you arrived at our site. Cookies also power core store functions like keeping items in your cart. This comes from our website platform (Squarespace) and analytics tools. Our site also embeds content from social media platforms such as Instagram, which may set their own cookies when displayed.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to process and ship your orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates, respond to your questions, handle returns and exchanges, prevent fraud, and understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. If you opt in to marketing emails, we'll use your email address to send occasional updates and offers — you can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We rely on a small number of service providers to run our store: Squarespace (website hosting, forms, and commerce), our payment processor (payment handling), and shipping carriers (order delivery — they receive your name and shipping address).
